Landscape maintenance crew leader/foreman
Landscape maintenance crew member
Work 4-10's primarily Tuesday-Friday with OT available.
Autumn Leaf Landscaping is a local landscape design/ build/ maintenance company that is seeking individuals in the landscape maintenance field. Our maintenance teams serve a blend of residential homes, HOA's, and small business. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
Requirements, but not limited to:
Crew leaders must effectively communicate with direct supervisor and clients.
Must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
Perform abilities related to landscape maintenance.
Work safely
Ability to lift 70 plus lbs. plus move and organize materials
Ability to physically perform tasks (mowing, edging, herbicide application, blowing, hand punning, hedge trimming, hoeing and more)
Ability to use - ride on, stand on and walk behind mowers, various small gas power tools, backpack sprayers.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, share ideas and experience and communicate observations with direct supervisor.
Crew Leaders must use a smartphone app throughout the day to track crew hours for payroll and jobsite hours for office use. (Smartphone not provided)
Must be courteous and maintain an attitude of respect at all times to residents and other staff
Driver's license is a plus (required for crew leader position).
Irrigation repair and installation experience is a plus
Pay depends on experience. Benefits include paid time off, Paid Holidays.
